1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the w666 platform, including its website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, promotions, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and w666 ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the content of any promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion only.

2. Eligibility

To register and use w666, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement. w666 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling and will take all necessary steps to verify the age of players where required.
• You must be acting as an individual and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or undisclosed principal.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on w666 or any other platform connected to w666 services.
• You must not be a current employee, director, or officer of w666, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Any misrepresentation of personal details is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

w666 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one account on the w666 platform. When creating your account, you are required to provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and a secure password. By submitting your registration details, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and up to date. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• Account credentials (mobile number and password) must not be shared with any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact w666 support immediately. w666 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account during the investigation period.
• w666 may require players to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. Accepted documents include the Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or valid driving licence.
• All personal information collected during registration and verification is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. w666 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer player data to third parties for marketing purposes.

w666 reserves the right to close any account that is found to be in breach of these registration conditions, and to retain any funds associated with fraudulent or deceptive activity pending investigation. Accounts closed for breach of these Terms forfeit any outstanding bonus balances.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the w666 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). w666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, however w666 reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts at its discretion.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
• w666 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your payment provider (e.g. mobile network operator charges) are the responsibility of the player and are not covered by w666.
• w666 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal payments pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or suspected breach of these Terms. In such cases, w666 will inform the player of the reason for the delay within a reasonable timeframe.

Players are responsible for ensuring that all deposit and withdrawal details (including mobile wallet numbers) are entered correctly. w666 cannot be held liable for losses arising from incorrect payment details submitted by the player. In the event of a failed transaction, players should contact their payment provider in the first instance, and w666 support if the issue is not resolved.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

w666 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms that may apply:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Real-money deposits and winnings may be withdrawn at any time (subject to verification requirements). Bonus funds and associated winnings may only be withdrawn after all wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Bonuses are limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. w666 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus if it determines that a player is attempting to abuse the bonus system through the use of multiple accounts, linked devices, or other deceptive means.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for 24 hours from the time of issue unless otherwise stated. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements.

w666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event that a promotion is cancelled after a player has already claimed the associated bonus, w666 will honour any legitimate wagering activity completed prior to the cancellation date. w666 shall not be liable for any losses arising from the cancellation of a promotion.

6. Responsible Gaming

w666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. We recognise that gambling, for some individuals, can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible gaming:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. These limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased for a period of 24 hours after the increase request is submitted.
• Time-Out: Players may activate a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, or 3 months. During a time-out period, the player's account will be inaccessible for all gaming and betting activity. Existing withdrawal requests will still be processed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. A player who is self-excluded may not register a new account on w666 during the exclusion period.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the w666 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Money laundering, including using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities.
• Fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback abuse, or the submission of false identity documents.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live casino environments.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform to obtain funds or credits to which you are not entitled. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are void and will be reclaimed by w666.

w666 employs fraud detection technology and conducts regular account audits to identify prohibited activity. Accounts found to be engaging in any of the above activities will be closed without notice and all associated funds will be forfeited. w666 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in investigating suspected financial crime.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

w666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the player is found to have breached these Terms; the player is suspected of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity; the player's account is flagged by our fraud detection systems; or the player fails to complete identity verification within a reasonable period following a request. In the event of account suspension, w666 will make reasonable efforts to notify the player of the reason for suspension, subject to legal and investigative constraints.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be reviewed as part of the investigation. Where funds are determined to be legitimately owned by the player and unconnected to any breach, w666 will process a withdrawal to the player's registered payment method. Where funds are connected to a breach, they will be forfeited in full. Bonus balances are always forfeited upon account closure for breach of Terms, regardless of wagering status.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the w666 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game content, and the overall compilation and arrangement of such content — is the property of w666 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of w666. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in account closure and legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform. w666 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, and network outages may affect Platform availability. w666 will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to restore service as promptly as possible.

w666's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Privacy

w666 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. w666 implements SSL encryption and industry-standard data security practices to protect your personal and financial information. Your data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial marketing purposes without your explicit consent. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by w666, subject to any legal obligations that require w666 to retain certain records.

12. Amendments to These Terms

w666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where the amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — w666 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account (such as a notification sent to their registered mobile number) prior to the amendments coming into force.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request the withdrawal of any real-money balance held in your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which w666 operates. In the event of a dispute between you and w666, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. Nothing in this clause shall prevent w666 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
