Our Commitment to Responsible Play
At w666, we believe that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. We understand that for most of our players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and the rest of Bangladesh, gaming on w666 is a fun way to engage with cricket betting, live casino games, and slots. We want to keep it that way. Our responsible gaming framework is built around one core principle: you are always in control.
Responsible gaming at w666 means we provide practical tools that let you set boundaries on your own spending and playing time. It also means our team is trained to recognise signs of problem gambling and to respond with care and support — not judgment. If gambling is ever causing you stress, anxiety, or financial difficulty, our support team is available 24/7 and our self-exclusion tools are available immediately. No questions asked, no waiting period — your wellbeing comes first.
w666 provides the following player protection tools, all available directly through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
Playing Responsibly
Gambling is most enjoyable when it is a form of entertainment with clear, pre-set boundaries. Before you start a session on w666, we encourage you to decide in advance the maximum amount you are prepared to spend and the maximum time you will play. Think of these as your personal entertainment budget and time budget — once either is reached, stop and step away.
Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. Your w666 account should be funded only from your personal discretionary income — never from savings, borrowed funds, loan apps, credit lines, or money set aside for essential expenses like rent, food, education, or family needs. Gambling with money intended for household expenses is one of the clearest indicators of a developing gambling problem.
w666 is a game of chance. No strategy, system, or pattern can guarantee a win. Chasing losses — increasing your bets to try to recover money you have lost — is a dangerous behaviour that typically leads to larger losses and greater financial harm. If you find yourself tempted to chase losses, take a break immediately and contact our support team. Remember: wins and losses on w666 are random outcomes, and the house always has a statistical edge over time.
Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
Problem gambling can affect anyone. Recognising the early signs in yourself or someone you know is the first step to getting help. The following behaviours may indicate that gambling is becoming a problem:
- Spending more money than you intended, or more than you can comfortably afford, on a regular basis.
- Gambling for longer than you planned and finding it difficult to stop even when you want to.
- Using gambling as a primary way to cope with stress, anxiety, boredom, loneliness, or other emotional difficulties.
- Hiding your gambling activity from family or friends, or lying about how much time or money you are spending.
- Borrowing money, taking loans, or selling possessions to fund gambling sessions.
- Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when you are unable to gamble or when you try to cut back.
- Neglecting work, studies, family responsibilities, or personal health as a result of time spent gambling.

Protecting Underage Players
w666 has a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Every new account registration requires the player to confirm they are aged 21 or over. Where there is any doubt about a player's age, we reserve the right to request identity verification documents — including a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued ID — before allowing the account to access real-money features.
If you share a device with other people — including younger family members — we strongly recommend using your device's parental control or screen-time management features to restrict access to the w666 platform. You are responsible for ensuring that minors in your household do not access your w666 account. If you suspect that a minor has accessed your account, contact our support team immediately and change your login credentials.
